You must be at least 16 years old to use Pendr.

By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Pendr is an AI-assisted journaling and reflection application that may provide:

• Journaling tools
• Reflections
• Behavioral insights
• Summaries
• Decision-support features
• Productivity and self-reflection tools

Features may change over time.

Pendr uses artificial intelligence systems to generate content and insights.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or misleading
• Outputs are informational only
• Outputs are not professional advice
• You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and interpretations

Pendr does not provide:

• Medical advice
• Psychological treatment
• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Emergency assistance

You should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal activities
• Harass or harm others
• Upload unlawful or abusive content
• Misuse or interfere with the service
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer the App except where legally permitted
• Use the App in ways that could harm Pendr or other users

You are solely responsible for content you submit and for your use of the App.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Create security risks
• Misuse the service
• Engage in abusive behavior

You retain ownership of content you create within Pendr.

By using the App, you grant Pendr a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

Pendr may offer:

• Subscriptions
• Premium features
• Token systems
• In-app purchases
• Ad-supported functionality

Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

Billing, refunds, cancellations, and subscription management are governed by the policies of the applicable marketplace provider.

The App may display advertisements or sponsored content.

Third-party advertising providers may process certain device or usage information according to their own policies.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the App.

Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Pendr is provided “as is” and “as available”
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from use of the App or AI-generated content
• We are not liable for loss of data, profits, business opportunities, emotional distress, or personal outcomes related to use of the App

Your use of Pendr is entirely at your own risk.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pendr and Matthias Brandolin from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of AI-generated outputs

The App, branding, design, software, and related materials are owned by Pendr or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit the App except as permitted by law or these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to Pendr at any time, with or without notice, particularly in cases involving:

• Abuse
• Unlawful activity
• Security concerns
• Violations of these Terms

We may modify the App or these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be published within the App or through official Pendr channels.

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy and applicable European Union law.

Any disputes relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Italy.
